A printable New Years party game for kids and families! This escape room adventure for ages 5-9 has players searching for clues on the ground, the wall, and in envelopes they open as the game progresses! Can you find the gear that will fix the clock so the New Year can finally come? Players will complete 10 challenges and hints are included to help and make the game stress free! Recommended number of players is up to 5 kids. If you have more players, print again and have the teams work separately (or even race each other!) Game play takes 40-60 minutes and includes creative puzzles, engaging clues, funny fill-in-the-blank story, making their own New Years mask, and a final challenge for all to enjoy!
It’s almost the New Year! But the Old Year doesn’t want to go away and broke a special gear in the giant clock tower. As you look at the big gears, you can
see that in one hour, the whole clock will break! The tricky Old Year has a new gear part hidden away some -where in the clock tower. Can you find the new gear part before the hour is up or will we be stuck in this year forever? Start with a paper on the floor with a hat, horn and mask!
What do you need?
Envelopes to hold clues (or you can tape clues closed)
A pdf with the escape room, setup instructions, hints, detailed solutions, and a lockmaster answer key. Setup will take about 15 minutes, it's that easy!
