The Santa Escape Room turned out to be a slog on Christmas Day for our 10 year olds. The clues were not specific enough and the lock master had to resort to reading aloud the detailed instructions Some of the steps were even hard to solve when the adults got involved. We did the Reindeer Escape Room last year which the kids could do on their own in about an hour. This took more like two hours and wasn't fun because of the difficulty. The instructions for some of the steps were almost non-existent or confusing, such as for re-assembling the reins.
