The Background:
Surely a single woman of good fortune must be in want of a husband. While you are generally in favor of the notion, you certainly aren’t so desperate as to encourage the advances of a fortune hunter, a rake or an elderly suitor plagued by gout who seeks money for his encumbered estates. After the ill-fated death of your father, your fortune and the dowries of your younger sisters are conditioned upon your marriage by the end of the Season! Prove yourself a proper lady to win Society’s approval and beware odious suitors. Can you avoid rogues and rakes and escape the Season with the devotion of a Dashing Gentleman? Make haste, for the Season has begun! It is a maze and requires much courage indeed…

This was a great game and everyone had so much fun playing it! I am so glad we were able to find it. We used it for our Society of Deplorables Tea Party! My husband was the codes keeper and did an amazing job at leading the game and giving hints.

The puzzles were lots of fun, with just the right amount of difficulty. We had to THINK but didn't get frustrated. The story flowed well too. Setup was easy. Just print and play!

Used this for my daughters Jane Austen themed birthday party. Everyone had such a blast, the hints were definitely helpful and everything was laid out so you could easily set it up and guide them through.
